Debt & Capital Markets Project Lead (Contract) n

We are seeking an experienced Debt & Capital Markets professional to support a major financing workstream within a large and complex organisation.

Working closely with the finance leadership team, you will help deliver a mini debt refinancing and support the launch of a formal corporate credit rating process.

Key Responsibilities Debt Refinancing (Primary Focus) n

n
- Manage the end-to-end refinancing process
n
- Coordinate engagement with ~25 banking counterparties
n
- Support debt structuring and tranche analysis
n
- Work with external legal counsel to update facility documentation
n
- Prepare board and shareholder materials
n

Credit Rating Process (Secondary Focus) nn
- Support advisor and rating agency engagement
n




- Coordinate preparation of financial materials and management presentations
n
- Manage timelines and rating agency Q&A;
n

Ideal Background nn
- Experience in debt capital markets, structured finance, project finance, or treasury
n
- Background in investment banking, infrastructure finance, advisory, or Big 4 corporate finance
n
- Robust stakeholder management across banks, advisors, and investors
n
- Proven ability to manage complex financing transactions
n

This is a hands-on project role working within a high-performing finance team on a strategic financing initiative.
