In this role, you'll:

n

n Working as part of a team developing and embedding consistent, high-quality community and stakeholder engagement practices, systems and standards across the Community & Stakeholder Engagement (CSE) function.

n

n This role will see you lead the development and continuous improvement of engagement templates, toolkits, guidance and governance frameworks; co-ordinate the CSE Community of Practice; and oversee engagement systems and platforms, including CRM, to strengthen quality, consistency, compliance and engagement outcomes.

n

n You will build practical, fit-for-purpose tools, standards and governance practices in a complex engagement environment requiring strong collaboration, data integrity, risk management and continuous improvement experience.

n

n This is a permanent full-time opportunity that can be based in any Transport for NSW office, offering Transport for NSW hybrid working arrangements.

About you

n

n Your expertise in community and stakeholder engagement, governance, CRM and systems management, together with experience in government,



infrastructure or related sectors, will enable you to embed consistent, compliant and high-quality engagement practices.

n

You will strengthen data integrity, improve reporting, and build organisational capability through practical tools, guidance and governance frameworks.

n

You are a collaborative and outcomes-focused qualified with experience managing CRM and engagement platforms, stakeholder data governance, and policy and procedure development. You have a high attention to detail and excel at building strong partnerships, developing best-practice frameworks and driving continuous improvement across diverse teams and portfolios.
