Maybe you’re a multi-site operator, senior operations manager, franchise business consultant, training leader or former hospitality business owner.

n

You’ve led teams, developed managers, managed numbers and been accountable for results.

But maybe you’ve hit a knowledge ceiling - and solving the same problems in the same business doesn’t feel like enough anymore.

n

You’ve outgrown your role. Not the industry.

n At Foodie Coaches, you can use everything hospitality has taught you to help business owners across Australia build better businesses.

n

And we’d actually prefer that you haven’t been a business coach before.

n

We can teach you how we coach. What we’re looking for is much harder to teach.

n

This is a full-time 8am–4pm, Monday–Friday role , with flexible hybrid working across office and home.

n

n You stay connected to an industry you know and love - without living the hospo roster.

n

n There will be periods of travel for workshops, events and retreats, particularly over the next 12–18 months, so flexibility to travel and be away from home is essential.

n This isn’t about jumping on a call, giving someone a pat on the back and being celebrated for changing their life.

Our coaches are accountable for outcomes.

You need to know when to listen and when to challenge. How to show empathy without accepting excuses. How to build trust while still telling someone what they need to hear.

The win isn’t being liked.

The win is seeing someone grow because you were willing to lead them there.

WHAT YOU’LL DO n

You’ll work with hospitality owners and their teams to:

n

Improve profitability and business performance

n

Build stronger teams and managers

n

Create better systems and structure

n

Identify what’s really holding the business back

n

Turn decisions into action and accountability

n

n You’ll deliver group coaching, online training and face-to-face workshops , monitor member progress and help owners implement what they learn.

n

n You’ll also help build Foodie Coaches.

n

n That means owning internal projects, contributing to training and resources, improving how we do things and solving problems as we grow.

n

If you own something, we expect you to drive it through to completion.

n Your title matters less than what you’ve been responsible for.

n

We want someone who has led people, developed managers, trained teams, understood the numbers and been accountable for business outcomes.

n

You’ll also need to be able to stand in front of a room,



simplify a concept and get people engaged enough to use it.

n

You’re confident, but low ego.

n

Empathetic, but not a people pleaser.

n

Commercially minded and comfortable with numbers.

n

A strong communicator who isn’t afraid of difficult conversations.

n

Proactive, tech-capable and comfortable juggling different priorities.

n

You take ownership and follow through.

n

You want feedback — even when it stings.

n

And you’re curious enough to know you still have plenty to learn.
