We are seeking an experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Team Lead to join our growing grounds maintenance team based out of our Yatala depot , servicing sites across Southern Brisbane and the Northern Gold Coast .

nAbout the Role n
n

This role involves leading a small crew across a range of commercial and government maintenance contracts, ensuring all gardens and landscaped areas are maintained to a high standard. You’ll be working across varied sites, operating equipment, coordinating daily tasks, and helping deliver reliable and qualified grounds maintenance services.

Daily duties include:

n
n

- Lawn mowing and edging
n
n
- Hedging and pruning
n
n
- Whipper snipping
n
n
- Weed spraying and control
n
n
- General landscaping and garden maintenance
n
n
- Operating and maintaining equipment safely
n
n
- Leading and supervising a small team
n
n
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on schedule
n
n

nWhat We’re Looking For n
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n
n

n
n




- Minimum 3 years’ experience in horticulture, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
n
n
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience preferred
n
n
- Current White Card
n
n
- Current Manual Driver’s Licence
n
n
- Strong knowledge of garden and turf maintenance practices
n
n
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
n
n
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety focused attitude
n
n

n
nHighly Regarded n

- ACDC Licence
n
n
- Certificate III in Horticulture or similar qualification
n
n

n
