BUILDING SUPERVISOR – FUTURE CONSTRUCTION LEADER Melbourne Metro and outer Suburbs n

Are you an experienced Building Supervisor who is looking for more than just another job?

About You n

- You are a genuine self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs doing. You think ahead, identify potential problems before they become major issues and enjoy finding practical solutions.

- You will ideally have a background in either a building trade, construction or sales , with a strong understanding of people and the importance of delivering an excellent client experience.
n
- Highly self-motivated and organised

- A practical thinker and strong problem solver
n
- Comfortable dealing with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Able to handle difficult or sensitive situations calmly and professionally
n
- Computer literate and comfortable using modern construction and communication systems
n
- Reliable, hardworking and prepared to take responsibility
n
- Someone who enjoys getting an early start and making the most of the day
n




- A natural leader with the ambition to progress into Construction Management and beyond

The Opportunity n

Initially, you will be responsible for supervising residential construction projects and ensuring homes are delivered to a high standard, on time and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

n

However, this role is about much more than simply supervising building sites.

n

For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to become an integral part of the management team and progress into a Construction Manager or senior leadership position as the business continues to grow.
