About theRole

TheExecutive Delivery Partner will operate in a fast-paced, solutionfocused work environment and will be required to provide high-levelexecutive, business and strategic engagement advice and support tothe Director Planning, Environment and Lifestyle.

TheExecutive Delivery Partner will proactively manage the needs andexpectations of the Director whilst delivering a high-level ofdiscretion and diplomacy as the first point of contact. Confidentiality, reliability, and trust are crucial to thisrole.

AboutYou

Whilst working withthe Director Planning, Environment and Lifestyle and the broaderExecutive Team, you will use your exceptional attention to detailin providing high-level strategic, confidential, and executiveadvice and support. Building and maintaining collaborativeprofessional customer relations to internal and externalstakeholders whilst utilising appropriate communicationstyles.

TheExecutive Delivery Partner will proactively manage calendars,meetings and work commitment schedules for the Director. Our idealapplicant will have exceptional organisational, problem solving andadministrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and meetcompeting deadlines, and an established record of exercisingjudgement and initiative to develop sound solutions to complexissues.
