As the Senior Channel Marketing Specialist for trade you will Manage Company-Owned Store and Painters marketing initiatives to increase store footfall, optimise in-store execution, and strengthen professional painter loyalty and retention. The responsibilities will include:

n

Developing and delivering trade marketing campaigns, promotions, events, local area marketing and store activation programs to increase engagement and sales.

n

Leading trade customer value propositions, digital tools and services, ensuring effective go-to-market execution and customer communications.

n

Driving customer activation, demand generation, product launches and category initiatives in partnership with Product, Sales, Brand and Commercial teams.

n

Maintaining merchandising standards, planograms and training frameworks to enhance store execution and customer experience.

n

Managing marketing budgets,



measure performance and uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, inclusion and company policies.

Have You Got What We're Looking For?

n

Degree qualification in Business, Commerce or Marketing (preferred).

n

Proven project management skills with the ability to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.

n

Experience managing store-based marketing programs, merchandising and trade marketing activities.

n

Robust planning and prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.

n

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

n

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with a proactive, results-driven approach.
