Job Description

MindChamps Warriewood is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader to guide a team in delivering high-quality care and education for infants aged 0–2 years. You will plan developmentally appropriate experiences, mentor educators, and foster solid relationships with families in a warm, inclusive environment.

You will lead curriculum planning, observations, and reflections to continuously improve practices while ensuring safety and compliance with EYLF and NQF standards.
