Job Description

BGIS is seeking an Organisational Development Senior Advisor to guide a focused portfolio of OD initiatives over a 12-month term. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Capability, you will collaborate with People & Culture colleagues, managers and stakeholders across multiple states to improve employee experience, onboarding, succession planning and internal mobility.
