Tip Top Bakeries is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Ermington site. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead a large frontline team in a fast-paced, high-volume food manufacturing environment, ensuring secure, efficient and high-quality product delivery.
You will work with Quality, Reliability, Supply Chain and Site Leadership to drive performance, build capability, champion safety, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste and maximise plant performance.
