At Respect Cohuna Village , we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team on a casual basis.

n

This position offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of our residents while working alongside a supportive and committed team.

About the Role n

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll work alongside our Registered Nurses and dedicated care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered clinical care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

n

Your day will include:

- Supporting resident admissions and ongoing clinical assessments.
n
- Administering medications safely and accurately.
n
- Maintaining clear, accurate and timely clinical documentation.
n
- Contributing to resident care planning, reviews and evaluations.
n
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and escalating concerns when required.
n
- Working collaboratively with residents, families and the broader care team.
n
- Helping create a safe, respectful and welcoming environment where every resident is treated with dignity and compassion.
n

Is reliable and committed to the fixed fortnightly roster outlined above .

Essential Requirements n

n
- Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent).
n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
n
- Knowledge and understanding of aged care standards and accreditation requirements.
n
- Strong clinical, communication and documentation skills.
n
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
n
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
