- Producing a range of pastries, cakes, baked goods and desserts to a consistently high standard

- Preparing, finishing and decorating products with a solid eye for detail and presentation
n
- Following recipes, production processes and quality standards
n
- Contributing ideas and working collaboratively on new products and seasonal offerings
n
- Managing daily pastry production efficiently and keeping to production timelines
n
- Monitoring ingredient levels and communicating ordering requirements
n
- Maintaining clean, organised and well-run workstations
n
- Ensuring equipment is used safely and maintained appropriately
n
- Working closely with the wider kitchen, bakery and front-of-house teams
n
- Supporting and sharing knowledge with other members of the pastry team
n
About you nn
- At least 2 years' experience in a professional pastry, bakery or similar environment
n
- A strong understanding of pastry techniques and production
n
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in their work
n
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy production environment
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- Good organisation and time management
n
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility
n
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of your section
n
- The right to work in Australia
