About the Role: The Secondary School Business Studies teacher role calls for a passionate and innovative educator to teach Years 7-12, delivering engaging and differentiated learning experiences. The successful candidate has an opportunity to inspire students, support departmental goals, and contribute to a collaborative school culture that values reflective practice and lifelong learning.

The successful candidate will possess:

n

- A genuine enthusiasm for educating and inspiring students across Years 7-12 - Specifically, experience teaching HSC Business Studies and/or IB Business Management and Stages 4-5 HSIE subjects.
n
- Strong knowledge of curriculum content and the ability to tailor learning to diverse student needs.
n
- Clear, constructive communication with students, parents, and staff, fostering trust and engagement.
n
- An ability to work closely with colleagues, students, and families to support a positive learning workplace.
n
- An ability to foster a student centred learning environment with high expectations.
n
- Attentive to pastoral care needs and proactive in supporting student development.
n

- Qualified, NESA registered teacher with WWCC.
n
- Proven expertise in curriculum planning, assessment, and data driven teaching.
n
- Outstanding skills in communication and collaboration.
n
- A strategic commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

- Confident in integrating digital tools into teaching and learning programs.
n
- Commitment to pastoral care, student engagement, and wellbeing.
