About the Role n

We are seeking a Van Sales Representative (VSR) who will provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the growth of our business.

n

While the primary purpose of this role is to deliver product to customers, it is also responsible for maximising sales on each call. As a result, the remuneration for this role includes a generous sales commission paid on each carton sold as well as monthly bonus commissions when sales targets are achieved.

n

Responsibilities include:

n

n
- Visiting a dedicated group of customers including cafes, retailers, entertainment venues,



aquatic centres, beach kiosks, sporting grounds
n
- Developing a relationship with customers, delivering and merchandising products and upselling
n
- Communicating with the broader sales team throughout the day - passing on current business leads
n

n

This position suits a people-oriented person keen to develop frontline sales skills with a successful Australian FMCG business. The video linked below will give you an excellent understanding of the day to day responsibilities of this role.

About You n

The ideal applicant will:

n

- Have a clean driving record
n
- Have an MR licence or learner MR, however can support the right candidate in obtaining their license where required
n
- Enjoy talking to customers and building rapport
n
- Be motivated and have a willingness to learn
n
- Be KPI-oriented
n
- Be fit and healthy, with the energy to work a full day plus overtime if necessary
n
