Metier Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR skilled for a broad, autonomous role in Kogarah. You will lead end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations, people & culture, and compliance across the business, reporting to the General Operations Manager.
The role combines recruitment execution with HR administration in a professional team. You will manage HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, training coordination and policy maintenance, while guiding managers and employees and ensuring
