Job Description

PLS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team in fixed plant maintenance within a Pilbara mining workplace. You will coordinate trades, schedule activities and drive safety standards on a 8:6, 7:7 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara region.

The role requires Trade certification, fault diagnosis skills, and a strong focus on safety and quality. You will mentor staff, ensure compliance, and continuously improve maintenance processes.
