Cert 3 Childcare Educator wishing to complete their Diploma n

Turramurra Kindergarten is a small family owned and operated long day care service. Located in North Turramurra kindergarten

Our service is open 7am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday. Closed on public holidays & closed over the Christmas & New year's eve period.

We are seeking passionate full time and part time Qualified Cert 3 Childcare Educators to work at our facility at North Turramurra. We are offering a very attractive salary plus incentives. Candidates can also undertake their Diploma in childcare services within 3 months of employment at Turramurra kindergarten.

You will work with a team of dedicated and passionate educators and assistants to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality standards (NQS).

Requirements for the role; nn
- If you are to study their diploma (ACECQA Approved) at the cost of Erina kindergarten
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Current Child protection certificate
n
- Current Foundations of Child Safety Training
n
- First Aid Certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (12 -24 months current)
n
- A working knowledge of child development
n
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and staff
n
- Be an advocate for nature play and support sustainable practices
n
- Experience with and understanding of the EYLF/NQS/National Regulations and Assessment and Rating process
n
- Solid understanding of the programming and planning cycle
n
- Positive, friendly and enthusiastic
n
- Have the ability to foster children's imagination, curiosity and creativity
n
- We offer flexible hours, school hours if required, 4 - 5 days per week. We can offer 4x 10hour days for Full time candidates.
n
- Ability to build respectful relationships with fellow educators, families, children and other professional relationships.
