We’re partnering with a growing and dynamic insurance business that is looking for a dedicated Claims Consultant on a 12-month max term contract to join their team.You'll be managing end-to-end claims while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: nn
- Manage the full claims lifecycle from lodgement to resolution
n
- Support and guide customers with empathy and professionalism
n
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming claims
n




- Review and negotiate claims to ensure fair outcomes
n
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency while following internal procedures and service standards
n
