Redpath is currently partnered with a reputable Tier 2 head contractor who is seeking an experienced Senor Contract Administrator to assist with the delivery of large-scale commercial projects.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the commercial and contractual aspects of a major project, working closely with the Project Manager, site team, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
About the Role n
As a Senior CA you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual requirements of the project from procurement through to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered commercially and financially, while maintaining solid relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Managing the full contract administration process across the project
n
- Preparing, reviewing and negotiating subcontractor packages and agreements
n
- Managing procurement, subcontractor engagement and commercial negotiations
n
- Preparing and assessing variations, progress claims, EOTs and other contractual matters
n
- Managing subcontractor relationships and resolving commercial issues
n
- Monitoring project costs, budgets, forecasts and financial performance
n
- Identifying and managing commercial and contractual risks
n
- Working closely with the Project Manager and site team to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved
n
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and contractual records
n
- Providing commercial advice and reporting to senior project leadership
n
- Supporting the successful delivery of the project from a commercial and contractual perspective
n
About You n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- 6+ years' commercial construction experience, ideally with a head contractor
n
- A tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building, Construction or equivalent
n
- Experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects
n
- Strong experience across procurement, contract administration and project financial management
n
- Proven capability managing variations, claims, EOTs and subcontractor relationships
n
- A sound understanding of construction contracts, commercial risk and project controls
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple commercial priorities
n
- Experience using CHEOPS, Aconex or similar construction software
n
