We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a $30M commercial office development already underway on Brisbane’s northside.

The project consists of three three-storey towers and a basement.
n
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day site delivery, coordinate subcontractors and work closely with the project team to keep safety, quality and program on track. This will suit someone who can get up to speed quickly and enjoys managing a sizeable commercial build.

This builder has been delivering projects across South-East Queensland for decades, with experience spanning commercial, industrial, medical and retail construction. Alongside its work for external clients, it has an in-house development team, giving its people exposure to projects from both sides of the process.

You’ll be joining a business with a strong track record, an experienced project team and long-standing relationships across the industry.
About You n

- Proven Site Manager experience on commercial new builds 10mil +
n
- Strong subcontractor coordination and site leadership skills
n
- A explicit focus on safety, quality and program
n
What’s on Offer nn
- $170k–$200k + super, depending on experience

- A substantial commercial project on Brisbane’s northside, expected to run through to the end of 2027
