We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a friendly and supportive team based in Dingley. If you've worked in a similar customer service or order processing role and enjoy being the go-to person for customers and internal teams alike, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing: n

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
n
- Liaising with sales, production, warehouse and transport teams to ensure orders are delivered on time
n
- Preparing invoices and credit notes
n
- Checking orders for accuracy and resolving any discrepancies
n
- Generating daily reports and maintaining customer records
n
- Providing general administration support and helping the wider team when needed
n
What we're looking for: nn
- Previous experience in a customer service role where order processing has been a key part of your day
n
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and systems
n
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers
n
- Someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure
n
- Solid Microsoft Office skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
n
- A proactive team player who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
