Grampians Health's Horsham Emergency Department invites applications for Nurse Unit Manager (NUM). The NUM will provide leadership and management to the multidisciplinary Emergency team, with a focus on growing and enhancing services across the Grampians Health network.

The successful candidate will lead quality improvement, safety, education and development of staff while promoting a culture of innovation and patient-centered care within a supportive, collaborative setting.
