About the Role n

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our friendly and professional Service Department.

n

In this role, you'll be the key link between our customers, technicians, and manufacturers - ensuring a seamless experience from booking through to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Coordinate customer bookings for service, repair, and warranty work
n
- Communicate with manufacturers on behalf of customers regarding warranty claims and repairs
n
- Check vehicles in and out for service or repair,



ensuring clear and professional communication throughout the process
n
- Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining robust relationships with both customers and internal team members
n
- Support the workshop team in delivering efficient and high-quality service outcomes
n

About You nn
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- A genuine passion for customer service
n
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
n
- Previous experience in a dealership or service department (preferred but not essential)
n
- Computer literacy and attention to detail
n
