We are looking for a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team. Whether you are an experienced clinician looking for your next opportunity or an early-career Speech Pathologist wanting the right environment to develop your skills, we would love to hear from you.

You will work alongside a collaborative team of allied health professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Dietitians and Psychology professionals, providing coordinated and client‐centred care.

About the Role

n

As a Speech Pathologist at Steps2Life, you will manage a diverse caseload and provide evidence‐based assessment and therapy tailored to each client's individual needs and goals.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Conducting comprehensive speech, language and communication assessments
n
- Developing individualised therapy plans and measurable client goals
n
- Delivering evidence‐based speech pathology interventions
n
- Supporting clients with speech, language, communication, literacy and social communication needs
n
- Working with children, adolescents and/or adults depending on your experience and areas of interest
n
- Preparing clinical reports, progress notes and supporting documentation
n
- Working collaboratively with families, carers, schools and other professionals
n




- Participating in multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborative care planning
n
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
n
- Contributing to group programs and new clinical initiatives
n
- Participating in professional development, mentoring and clinical supervision
n
- Working within relevant professional, ethical and organisational standards
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is professional,



compassionate and genuinely committed to achieving positive outcomes for clients.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
n
- Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status with Speech Pathology Australia, or eligibility to obtain CPSP status
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness/eligibility to obtain one
n
- Current Working With Children Check
n
- Commitment to ongoing clinical supervision and professional development
n
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (Ideal but not essential)
n
