Are you a skilled risk professional looking to elevate your career in the digital space? We are seeking a Technology Risk and Resilience Specialist to provide senior second-line risk oversight across complex, technology-enabled initiatives. In this key advisory role, you will deliver authoritative risk insights, governance, and assurance across data governance, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud platforms, and crisis management, helping shape a secure and resilient operational environment.

1) What You Will Do: n

- Provide independent second-line oversight and challenge across technology risk management, cyber security, and resilience activities.
n
- Develop, implement, and evaluate technology policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
n
- Design, coordinate, and execute independent control testing and assurance activities across core technology and recovery domains.
n
- Deliver expert advice and regular reporting to key stakeholders regarding emerging threats, cloud resilience, and systemic risk trends.

- Review root cause analyses following incidents to ensure sustainable,



long-term remediation actions are successfully embedded.

2) What You Need to Apply for This Role: nn
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Risk, Business, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
n
- Proven experience in technology or information security risk management, assurance, or control testing (preferably within financial services).
n
- Subject matter expertise in data governance, AI risk management, and cloud-based environments.
n
- Solid analytical, reporting, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to challenge and influence senior leadership.
n
- Track record of successfully embedding uplifted risk frameworks; relevant industry certifications (e.g. CISA, CRISC, CCSP) or experience in APRA-regulated environments are highly desirable.
