Job Description
You will be involved in the end-to-end management of a residential portfolio in an office located almost on the waterfront of Sydney Harbour. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants — ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and financial returns are optimised.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting in managing a residential property portfolio with a focus on service excellence and retention
n
- Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
n
- Coordination of all aspects of property management including leasing, renewals, routine inspections, maintenance, and arrears control
n
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies
n
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and reduce vacancy periods
n
- Overseeing maintenance requests and liaise with trades to ensure timely resolution
n
- Conducting property inspections and provide detailed, accurate reporting to landlords
n
- Managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements
n
- Responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner, always ensuring a high standard of communication
n
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
n

About you
n
n
- Proven experience in residential property management, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
n
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate License
n
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
n
- Strong understanding of NSW tenancy legislation and industry best practices
n
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
n
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail
n
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
n
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team setting
n
