Responsibilities: nn
- Plan and execute your workload to meet client requirements and deadlines.
n
- Deliver high-quality service, maintenance and repair work.
n
- Perform preventive maintenance across a wide variety of commercial and industrial equipment.




n
- Carry out scheduled corrective and emergency reactive works as required.
n
- Investigate, diagnose and rectify electrical faults across a range of equipment and systems.
n
- Co-ordinate and lead small-scale projects and upgrade works.
n
- Maintain accurate service records, reports and compliance documentation.
n
- Follow safety procedures and applicable industry standards.
n
- Assist in the provision of on-the-job training for apprentices.
n
- Work with the team to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
n

Valid Electrical Fitter/Mechanic work licence.

n

C-Class Drivers' licence.

n

Construction Industry White Card.

n

Strong work ethic and pride in neat, compliant workmanship.

n

Problem-solving mindset.

n

Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

n

Confident using digital job management systems, reporting platforms and compliance documentation.

Highly Regarded Experience: n

n
- 3+ years of hands-on post-trade experience.
n
- Commercial and/or industrial electrical experience.
n
- Experience with mechanical electrical systems and controls.
n
- Experience with motors, VSDs, control circuits, BMS interfaces or HVAC-related electrical systems.
n
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic experience.
n
