Job Description

Pilgrim Homes, a Brisbane-based custom luxury home builder, seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead multiple high-end projects across inner Brisbane suburbs. The role involves overseeing 4–5 sites from pre-start to handover, coordinating trades, and ensuring quality and safety standards while working with the Construction Manager and office team.

You will be meticulous, proactive and commercially aware, with solid communication skills to liaise with clients, trades and staff.
