In this role, you will partner with leaders and employees across the organisation to deliver strategic and operational People & Culture solutions that support business performance and employee engagement.

To be successful, you will bring demonstrated experience in advising, influencing, and coaching stakeholders at all levels. Your strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, emerging people trends, and Australian ER/IR legislation will enable you to provide practical, commercially focused advice.

Coupled with excellent consulting, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, you will use your sound business acumen to drive positive outcomes and contribute to organisational success.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

n

The purpose of this position is to act as a business partner to line managers by embedding HR strategy and providing professional, commercial and reliable HR guidance and support with the objective of adding value to the business.

n

EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA





n

n
- Current experience in advising, guiding and supporting stakeholders on a broad range of HR matters
n
- Ability to engage, inspire, influence, coach and deliver
n
- Solid working knowledge of current general HR practices and processes and awareness of emerging trends
n
- Sound knowledge of ER/IR legislation and understanding of current employment regulations
n
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and customer service skills, well developed verbal and written communication skills
n
- Strong consulting and negotiating skills and business acumen
n
- Demonstrated understanding of change management and ability to personally adapt to a changing environment
n

n

QUALIFICATIONS

n

n
- A tertiary qualification in Recruitment and/or Human Resources or a related degree OR strong experience within HR in a customer focused industry
n
- Current Class C Driver's Licence
n
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
- Registered member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) (Desirable)
n
