THE ROLE

n

We’re looking for a confident, caring and motivated team member to join The Joint Chiropractically in a unique role:

n

Manage practitioner schedules, appointments, payments and patient flow

n

Welcome and confidently guide patients through the practice

n

Deliver exceptional face-to-face and phone customer service

n

Manage records, reports and general administration

n

Stay organised, accurate and calm in a busy environment

n

Help patients understand their health concerns and chiropractic care

n

Communicate effectively between patients and practitioners

n

Build genuine relationships and support patients throughout their health journey

Chiropractic experience is helpful - but not essential. We provide thorough initial training and ongoing development.

n

THE DETAILS

n

25-30 hours per week - Permanent Part Time

n

Typical shifts:
n Monday-Friday: 7:00am-11:30am & 2:00pm-6:30pm
n Saturday: 7:00am-11:30am

n

There may occasionally be earlier or later finishes depending on the needs of the practice.

n

The role includes some Saturday shifts , along with some flexibility to assist with staff sick and holiday cover.

n

From time to time, we attend community events, workshops and promotional activities outside of normal office hours, so occasional additional hours may be required.
