Job Description

Tasmanian Health Service – Rosebery Community Health Centre is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Community Health Nursing team serving Rosebery, Queenstown, Zeehan and Strahan. You will provide comprehensive, person-centered care across home and clinic settings, including chronic disease management, wound care, and palliative care.

Permanent full-time or part time roles with day and shift work up to 76 hours per fortnight.
