FOCUS Connect is seeking a Staff & Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling, staffing and workforce deployment across our home care teams. You will manage frontline staff and volunteers, prioritise safety and wellbeing, and ensure continuity of care in a rapid-paced environment.
You will use data-driven insights to optimise scheduling, workforce capacity and service delivery, while maintaining excellent client and staff experience in line with aged care standards.
