They are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Call Centre Officers to join their high-performing and energetic team on an initial 3-month contract, based in Wagga Wagga with hybrid working arrangements available.

The Job

Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:

n

n
- Respond to phone and live-chat enquiries and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer service.
n
- Accurately process applications and data within required timeframes using relevant systems.
n
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and feedback.
n
- Provide effective administrative support,



including data entry, word processing and spreadsheet use.
n
- Perform general administrative tasks to support team operations.

You

To qualify for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the personal qualities below:

n

n
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a admin or call-centre environments.
n
- Strong data entry and transaction-processing skills.
n
- Proficiency with administrative systems, ticketing platforms and Microsoft Office.
n
- Experience working in the government sector is desirable.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Demonstrated customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
