Job Description

Portmans Marion is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver outstanding service, meet sales targets and KPI results.

This Parental Leave Contract runs up to 6 months on a adaptable Part Time (25–30 hours per week) schedule, with availability across alternate weekends, late nights and public holidays, plus structured training and leadership development.
