You will deliver facilitator-led WHS and Safety Leadership training in Melbourne and Bendigo. The successful trainer will need to be Melbourne-based or able to easily service Melbourne and be willing to drive to Bendigo for regional delivery. This is a delivery role - no content development is required. Future Institute will provide the complete program, including PowerPoint presentations, facilitator notes, participant workbooks and a comprehensive trainer handover.
Key responsibilities n
Deliver facilitator-led WHS and Safety Leadership training in Melbourne and Bendigo

Engage leaders and employees and translate WHS principles into practical workplace behaviours
n
Engage participants using practical examples, discussion and workplace scenarios
n
Facilitate groups with varying levels of experience and responsibility
n
Work independently while representing Future Institute professionally
n
Travel by road to Bendigo for regional delivery
About you n
Solid facilitation and presentation skills
n
Practical WHS/Safety Leadership experience
n
Experience within engineering and/or manufacturing environments
n
Experience delivering WHS, safety leadership or related workplace training
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Availability to deliver in Melbourne and Bendigo
n
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel by road to Bendigo
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent/current successor)
n
Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Work Health and Safety, or equivalent WHS qualifications
n
Relevant industry qualifications and professional memberships
