Job Description

Icon Cancer Centre Maitland is seeking a Nursing Unit Manager to lead a clinical team and champion high standards of care within a supportive, patient‑centred environment.

Reporting to the on‑site Site Manager, you will drive staff development, service improvement and robust teamwork across multidisciplinary colleagues. This role emphasises oncology nursing leadership and operational excellence in a dynamic health setting.
