We are seeking applications from AHPRA-registered Psychologists interested in contributing to psychological assessment services supporting personnel security and trusted workforce programs.

About the Role
n
Depending on the engagement, responsibilities may include:
n
n
- Conduct structured psychological interviews
n
- Review referral, background and assessment information
n
- Assess behavioural, psychological and suitability factors relevant to personnel security
n
- Prepare evidence-based psychological assessment reports
n
- Apply sound professional judgement in complex assessment situations
n
- Participate in quality assurance and peer review processes
n
- Maintain accurate documentation and confidential records
n
- Work within Commonwealth security, ethical and legislative requirements
n
n
About You
n
To be considered, you will ideally have:
n
n
- Current general registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
n
- Australian Citizenship
n
- Excellent interviewing and psychological assessment skills
n
- Strong written communication and report writing ability
n
- Sound professional judgement and attention to detail
n
- High ethical standards and professionalism
n
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
n
n
Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
n

- Clinical psychology
n
- Forensic psychology
n
- Organisational psychology
n
- Behavioural assessment
n
- Occupational or suitability assessments
n
- Psychological report writing
n
- Defence or Commonwealth Government environments
n
- Law enforcement or intelligence settings
n
n
An existing Australian Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1, NV2 or TSPV) is desirable but not essential. Applicants who are eligible to obtain a clearance are encouraged to apply.
