Cooper Machinery Services is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician - EST to guide emissions reduction projects on reciprocating compression equipment. You will lead field crews from planning through execution, mentor technicians in the field, and build solid customer relationships while delivering safe, reliable installations.

You should have 10+ years of hands-on experience, electrical and controls skills, and willingness to travel 200–300 days a year across North America.
