We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our supportive and experienced management team.

n

As we are a medium sized club, you will be more than just a number in this team!

In addition to day-to-day club operations and providing excellent customer service, our Duty Managers each take ownership of a dedicated department or area of the business.

This new duty manager will have a focus on beverage stock control and purchasing.

Our Club offers an impressive range of modern facilities, including a busy bar and restaurant led by a world class head chef, new wood-fired pizzeria, up-to-date sports lounge, a massive state-of-the-art outdoor terrace and large kids’ playground. We facilitate a high-volume of functions managed by our dedicated Functions Manager.

Our immaculate bowling greens and strong bowling membership sit at the heart of the Club,



complemented by a dedicated full-time Bowls Coordinator who also looks after our Barefoot Bowls functions.

Competitive salary based on experience

About You n

You have a hospitality background working in Pubs and/or Clubs at a management or supervisor level and sound operational knowledge

n

You will hit the ground running, with the support of your coworkers and adequate training specific to our club

n

Based on your experience, you can demonstrate your abilities pertaining to stock control; including ordering, entering invoices into the POS system, stock rotation and performing stocktakes

n

You are a confident and hands-on leader with strong communication skills. You lead by example

n

Your focus is delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests

n
