Rise is seeking a Case Worker to support young people across the City of Swan and Shire of Mundaring through outreach, case management and youth engagement programs. You will manage a caseload and lead activities at the Stratton Edge Youth Centre.
This fixed-term role runs until 30 June 2027 with a mixed location across Helen's Place Office (Middle Swan), City of Swan and Stratton Youth Centre, primarily 9:00–5:00 or 11:00–7:00 shifts with some flexibility.
