The Prospect

ROUSSOS Recruitment is currently working with a range of architecture practices across Adelaide seeking experienced Registered Architects to join their teams.

These opportunities span a variety of practice environments and project types, from established studios delivering large-scale projects through to smaller, design-focused practices where Architects can have a broader role across the business.

We are looking to connect with Architects who are ready to take greater ownership of projects, work closely with clients and consultants, and continue developing their careers within a collaborative architectural environment.

Depending on the prospect, you may work across commercial, residential, hospitality, education, healthcare, mixed-use and other sectors, giving you the chance to build on your existing experience or broaden your project portfolio.

The Role

Working alongside Directors, Project Architects and multidisciplinary teams, you will take responsibility for projects across multiple stages of design and delivery.

Depending on the practice and project, responsibilities may include:

- Leading projects from concept through to completion
- Coordinating clients, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
- Developing and reviewing design, planning and documentation packages
- Producing and coordinating documentation using Revit
- Managing project programmes, documentation and deliverables
- Supporting contract administration and construction phase services




- Mentoring Graduate Architects and emerging team members

The Like Mind

You will be an Australian Registered Architect with 5+ years' professional experience, with a strong understanding of architectural project delivery.

We are interested in speaking with Architects from a range of project backgrounds, including:

- Commercial
- Residential and multi-residential
- Hospitality
- Education and schools
- Healthcare
- Mixed-use
- Other complex or specialised project environments

You will also bring:

- Strong Revit and architectural documentation skills
- Experience taking projects through multiple stages
- Sound knowledge of Australian construction methods, building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to coordinate consultants and manage project priorities
- A collaborative approach and genuine commitment to quality design
- An interest in mentoring others and continuing to develop your leadership capability
