Johns Lyng Group is seeking an experienced Building Supervisor/Estimator to manage insurance repair and restoration projects across Toowoomba and surrounding regions. The role blends estimating with hands-on project coordination and travel to assess damage and progress.

You will prepare scopes and cost estimates, coordinate subcontractors, monitor timelines and budgets, and maintain explicit communication with homeowners, insurers and loss adjusters.
