ALH Hotels is seeking a Senior Manager Food Safety to lead strategic direction, governance and operational oversight of food safety compliance across our national portfolio of 350 pub kitchens. The role operates within a high-volume hospitality setting, translating complex regulations into practical kitchen-floor actions.

You will build and drive a robust food safety culture, develop tailored training programs, and ensure FSANZ and state compliance across all properties.
