Odyssey House NSW is seeking a HR Advisor to support end-to-end employee lifecycle management across our trauma-informed services in Greater Sydney. You will work with the Head of People & Culture to deliver practical HR guidance, manage payroll and employee relations, and help foster a secure, respectful workplace for a diverse staff and the clients we serve.

You will bring generalist HR experience, proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll, and strong communication skills, with NSW driver license
