NSW Treasury, Office of General Counsel, Sydney, seeks a Senior Solicitor to provide expert legal advice across commercial, procurement, policy and legislative matters. You will support the Commercial, Procurement & Banking groups, drafting contracts, policies and MOUs and coordinating with external counsel as needed.
Ideal candidates will hold admission and a current practising certificate, with robust experience in complex public sector law, governance policy, and stakeholder engagement.
