Earn up to 200k + performance pay + full kit

Let's be honest for a second...

You've done enough relining jobs to know that most companies treat it like a production line.

No care for quality. No recognition for your skill. No real reward for the fact that you're one of the only people on a crew who actually knows what they're doing underground.

You show up. You do the hard stuff. You drive home. Repeat.

And somewhere along the way, someone in an office decided your rate was fine and left it there.

Meanwhile you're out there inverting, inspecting, problem-solving — and the guy who does half the work is on the same money.

Sound familiar?

Here's what we do differently.

At Jetset, relining isn't just a service we bolt on. It's a core part of what we do and we're serious about it.

We invest in our reline team like we invest in the work — properly.

We've built something in Brisbane that actually works, and now we're bringing that same energy to Sydney.

And we need the right person to help us do it.

The $5,000 Guarantee (Yes, really.)

If you're not happier, with every promise fulfilled, within 3 months of joining us — we hand you $5,000 cash.

Just a team that backs itself completely — because we know what outstanding people want and need to thrive.

Pull up on a Jetset guy at the supplier. Ask them.

They'll tell you.

What life at Jetset looks like:

- Top of market pay. Weekly. Without chasing it.
- EASY TO UNDERSTAND performance pay on top of your base. Not buried inside it.
- Your own vehicle, iPhone, iPad, uniform and top-tier tools — the full kit.
- A culture where your growth and goals actually matter and get built on.
- A team that genuinely wants what's best for you and stays in your corner.

The role:

You'll be part of our growing Sydney reline division — inverting, inspecting, diagnosing, and delivering high-quality structural pipe relines across residential and commercial properties.

You know the gear. You know the process. You know how to read a camera and make a call on site.

That's exactly what we need.

What we need from you:

- Based in Sydney (or ready to be)
- Experience in pipe relining / inversion lining (this one's non-negotiable)
- Someone who can talk to a homeowner without making it weird. You'll be in people's homes and they need to trust you — easy if you're a good human.
- A standard that matches ours — because we take the quality of our work seriously.

This one won't sit here long.

The right person for this role is already thinking about making a move.

They just needed to see something worth moving for.

Here it is.
