NH Collection Sydney is seeking an exceptional Rooms Division Manager to join our pre-opening team and play a pivotal leadership role in bringing the hotel to life.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Concierge and Guest Services, set service standards, recruit and develop talent, and drive guest satisfaction, revenue performance and a high‑performing culture from day one.
