Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Outdoor Dining Attendant to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking an outdoor enthusiast who has a passion for hospitality and providing guests with unforgettable experiences. In this role you will undertake food and beverage attendant duties in an efficient and friendly manner to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction at our Outdoor Dining sites.

Key Duties

- Perform table speeches and explain beverage packages
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests as required
- Assist with dining site setup and pack down, including loading and uploading trucks
- Clear and reset tables
- Share knowledge of the local area, landscape, and resort offerings with guests where appropriate

What You'll Need

- A passion for the outdoors and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Solid communication and customer service skills




- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- The ability to work in a team-focused environment
- Flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- A positive attitude and willingness to embrace life in a unique remote location
