Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Supply Manager to provide procurement direction and leadership to the Stores and Supply team on a permanent full-time basis.

This position will see you:

- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain function across the hospital, ensuring the timely and efficient availability of stock and equipment for theatres, prosthetics, ward areas, critical care units and support departments.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement activities for clinical and non-clinical supplies, balancing availability, cost effectiveness and minimisation of stock obsolescence.
- Lead the management of prosthesis and high-value inventory processes, ensuring stock integrity, compliance and accurate inventory control.
- Foster a culture of accountability and service excellence within the Stores and Supply team through coaching, development and active leadership.
- Lead by example through active involvement in operational supply activities, including purchasing, receipting, picking, stock replenishment and inventory management, ensuring a highly engaged and service-focused team culture.

Overall, you will be a leader with a passion for analysis and problem solving with the ability to effectively identify and implement continuous improvement activities.

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience managing supply networks with hospital/medical experience being highly desired. You will be a strong communicator, highly organised and process driven with a strong attention to detail.

In addition, you will also bring:

- Previous supply chain,



purchasing or procurement experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
- High attention to detail and process-oriented approach
- Experience using SAP or other inventory management system
- Experience within a hospital or healthcare environment (desirable)
