As Marketing Platforms Lead – Adobe Delivery Program, you will help shape how RACQ leverages marketing technology to deliver better member experiences, partnering with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Technology, Analytics and external delivery partners to drive meaningful outcomes.

About the role
This exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity will see you play a key role in implementing and embedding RACQ’s Adobe ecosystem across marketing, digital, content, advertising, data and workflow capabilities. You'll translate business priorities into practical platform solutions, support delivery streams through implementation, and establish the governance, documentation and ways of working needed for long-term adoption and success.)

- Support the delivery of Adobe platform capabilities across areas such as AEM Assets, Workfront, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Federated Audience Composition, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Advertising, Target, GenStudio and related tools.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to sequence activities, clarify requirements and support delivery against agreed milestones.
- Translate business priorities into practical Adobe use cases, delivery plans, business requirements, acceptance criteria and platform adoption activities.
- Partner with stream leads and subject matter experts to support configuration, testing, governance, training, release readiness and transition to business-as-usual.
- Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, decisions and issues, escalating where needed to keep work moving and aligned to program priorities.
- Help build repeatable processes, standards and documentation for Adobe platform usage, including naming conventions, approvals, access, quality assurance and operating model requirements.




- Support capability uplift across Marketing and Digital teams so Adobe platforms are adopted safely, consistently and effectively.
- Contribute to benefits realisation by ensuring platform delivery supports improved speed to market, personalisation, member experience, campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.

About you
You’re a collaborative and solutions-focused qualified who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, technology and business delivery. Thriving in fast-paced transformation environments, you're passionate about turning complex challenges into practical outcomes that enhance customer experiences and drive business value.

- Experience delivering new features, capabilities or optimisation initiatives across marketing, digital, data or technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology, digital channels, personalisation, journey orchestration, audience targeting or content workflow practices.
- Experience working with Adobe platforms or similar enterprise solutions is highly regarded.
- Ability to work across business, technical and delivery teams to clarify requirements, solve problems and keep activities moving.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, organisation and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities, documentation and delivery dependencies.
- Comfort working in a transformation, project or agile delivery workplace, including with external partners and vendors.
- A practical, outcome-focused mindset and an interest in using technology to improve member experience and marketing effectiveness.
